Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Effective Monday 21 February 2022, all bookings at Eight Restaurant will require a $20 per person deposit at the time of confirmation. For any cancellations, we appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be forfeited as the cancellation fee should you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. If you do not show up for your booking, the $20 per person deposit will be processed as a no show fee.
In the event of any dispute, Eight Restaurant reserves the right to make the final decision.
Please note that for most special events and seasonal promotions, special dining prices and menus will replace the usual pricing and menus in Eight. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Please note a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to payments made by credit cards. Payments by cash or eftpos do not attract the surcharge.
A smart casual standard of dress is required. For the enjoyment of all guests, sports clothing is inappropriate – please wear enclosed shoes.
ONE ACCOUNT PER TABLE
We regret we cannot accept separate payments. One account per table, please.
GROUP BOOKING POLICY

A cakeage fee will apply for cakes brought in from outside the restaurant. A no show fee will be applied for groups of 7 or more.
