Eight restaurant offers a unique interactive dining experience featuring the delicious flavours of eight international kitchens, each one hosted by an expert chef. Watch as your meal is created to your taste, from freshly made sushi and sashimi to juicy steaks and fish grilled to order. Enjoy as many dishes as you please from our eight kitchens, and find the perfect match with our selection of the finest wines, beers and beverages. 

The difference between lunch and dinner is you can enjoy a wider selection of specialty foods at dinner. Our dinner selection includes gourmet meats such as ostrich and kangaroo, seafood including balmain bugs and crab, and crispy roast dishes from our new Asian oven and wood fired grill, which are not available at lunch. Our new rotisserie will be in operation at both lunch and dinner sessions.

Please note: Until further notice, Eight will be open Wednesday to Sunday, and closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
