  • Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
  • Special promotional pricing applies to New Year’s Eve dinner as specified.
  • A $50 per person deposit is required to secure New Year’s Eve bookings. A $50 per person no-show fee applies to reservations that are not honoured.
  • Senior discounts and all other discounts, promotions, vouchers and membership entitlements are not valid on New Year’s Eve, with the exception of Brilliant by Langham member benefits.
  • Food items, including seafood, are subject to availability and seasonality and may vary on the day. Eight Restaurant reserves the right to substitute items as required.
  • Alcohol will only be served to guests of legal drinking age. Valid identification may be requested.
  • Cordis, Auckland reserves the right to charge the correct price in the event of any errors or omissions.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Eight Restaurant is final.
