See in the Chinese New Year with our delectable selection of Chinese fare for lunch and dinner at Eight – plus enjoy all your favourites from our Eight interactive kitchens.
Enjoy the ambience created by our stunning Chinese lanterns and decor as you celebrate the Year of the Ox. At lunch, there are delicious dishes such as XO marinated chicken, Hoisin marinated sirloin, sesame and soy bok choy, traditional dim sum, wok noodles with Chinese pork sausage and fish cake, melon and grapefruit salad and more.
For dinner, there’s a special treat with the addition of dishes such as tamarind glazed pork scotch, fried squid, Singapore crab, Coco clams, crispy pork belly, baby octopus, steamed whole fish and Indian butter prawns.
For dessert, tempting traditional treats such as black sesame ice-cream, mandarin sorbet, sesame panna cotta, mandarin slice and green tea log will ensure a sweet start to the Year of the Ox.

Head South on the Northern Motorway. After crossing the Auckland Harbour Bridge, take the Cook Street exit and continue along Mayoral Drive. Turn right onto Queen Street, and at the top of the hill turn left onto Karangahape Road. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Symonds Street, and Cordis, Auckland is located 30 metres on the left hand side.
Head North on the Southern Motorway. Take the Symonds Street exit and turn right onto Symonds Street. Cordis, Auckland is located one block away on your left just after the set of traffic lights at the Karangahape Road intersection.
