Eight offers a unique interactive dining experience featuring the delicious flavours of eight international kitchens, each one hosted by an expert chef.

What is the difference between Lunch and Dinner?

You can enjoy a wider selection of specialty foods at dinner. Our dinner selection includes gourmet meats such as ostrich and kangaroo, fresh seafood, crispy roast dishes from our new Asian oven and wood fired grill, and pizza, which are not available at lunch. Our new rotisserie will be in operation at both lunch and dinner sessions.
